By removing and controlling the mineral content of water, you’re able to not only create a consistent product, be that an artisan loaf or pizza crust, with the correct prove and rise, but protect steam and combi ovens from damaging limescale.
A small unit would be sufficient to feed one or two ovens, however installing our H-1500 would mean you could connect multiple applications to one back of house system for e.g. an espresso machine and drinking water taps in addition to your ovens.
